Q:How long will you take to dispatch my order?
A:All orders are checked, packaged and dispatched within 2 days(except Sundays and bank holidays)


Q:How can i get hold of you?
A:We have 3 methods to contact us, you can send us an email at ephonetech001@gmail.com , fill out our contact form on our "Contact us" page
or send us a quick email with your phone number and we will try to get someone to give you a call.
Generally we respond to emails and contact forms within 2 working hours but never exceed 1 working day.


Q:Are you parts really genuine?
A:We try to stock as many genuine parts as possible, 100% of our stock is original and new.
All items on our website are clearly stated as original or aftermarket within the items description to avoid any confusion


Q:Do you offer warranty?
A:Yes, most of our parts come with a full 6 month warranty, the warrant length is stated in each individual items description


Q:What if i want to return a part?
A:That’s no problem, as long as the part is unused and returned to us in a safe condition


Q:What if the part i ordered arrived but it doesn’t work?
A:In the unlikely event that your part doesn’t work ,we will run through a few technical questions to make sure the problem isn’t caused by any other hardware .
if the part is indeed faulty we will issue a replacement and include a pre-paid return bag. in some cases we may need the part returning to us for testing before we can issue a replacement or refund,
in this case all return postage costs will be covered by us (unless the part has been damaged while fitting)
